Noah Real Estate Inaugurates 120 Apartments

Noah Real Estate inaugurated 120 apartments, built at a cost of ETB200 million.

Dubbed Noah East Gate Residential Apartment, the units are located around Summit area. This is one the company’s 14 housing projects. It recently completed and inaugurated 226 residential units near Atlas Hotel, Bole District. 

Since its establishment six years ago, the Company has completed the construction of over 3500 housing units, and sells houses for ETB1.1 million to just over three million Birr.
